Summary: simple patch to allow * (asterisk) to be used in PDT module
Initial Comment:
we have a lot of prefixes/shortcodes for inter domain dialing in our old ser.cfg, while migrating the config i decided to use PDT. unfortinatly the default PDT module did not allow the use of * (asterisk) as teh fist digit of the prefix.
i hacked it to handle this and it seems to work fine.
