i would also like to return back to Called-Station-Id that is included
in core and is now taken from To header.  as i mentioned earlier, how To
header was written by calling UA is a local matter and may not make any
sense to sip proxy that receives the request.  therefore, i want to use
R-URI as received by the proxy as Called-Station-Id.  i would thus like
to remove also Called-Station-Id from the minimal set. is that ok?
