[Users] openser config file to use mediaproxy

Greetings Serg,

You should start by reading the README and INSTALL files found in the
mediaproxy package. Then you will need to load the mediaproxy.so
module with all your modules listed at the top of your ser.cfg. You'll
also need make your specific config changes in mediaproxy.ini. I would
also suggest looking at the onsip.org mediaproxy ser.cfg example. Hope
