[Users] Radius or SQL

Hi Jayesh,

radius versus SQL - tough question :) - each has it's advantages and 
disadvantages. IMHO, SQL might be faster - RADIUS actually is more like 
a transport layer, hiding behind a storage engine (which may be a SQL). 
On the other hand, RADIUS is more flexible - more info may be packed in 
the radius replies (for example in an auth. reply).

about the second issue - set caching mode for DB (see 
http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/0.9.x/permissions.html#AEN170) and 
use the "trusted_reload" fifo command to reload from DB without restarting.
