[SR-Users] Accept IP/Domain Register

My way:

from original kamailio.cfg in global parameters:

/*#!define WITH_MYSQL*//*
*//*#!define WITH_USRLOCDB*//*
*//*#!define WITH_AUTH*/

then:

/*auto_aliases=no*/

one entry for each domain/subdomain, example:

/*alias="sip1.kamailio.org"
alias="sip2.kamailio.org"*/

add the user using IP, example:

*kamctl add 100 at 1.2.3.4 password*
