[SR-Users] dns_query container no found

Hello,

the creating of the dns container was relying on using the $dns()
variable somewhere in the config (could be after dns_query()), because
the purpose of dns_query() was to fill the variable.

I pushed a patch to create the container even if the variable is not used.
