[SR-Users] Dynamic CSEQ Updates

Thanks for the reply Daniel,

I did see references to it in the source but was hoping that there was some
way to implement this in config.
If you do find a workaround please let me know, otherwise I'll just create
the patch and upstream it to the next development release.
