[SR-Users] Releasing Kamailio v5.4.4

Well, I'd like to see PR https://github.com/kamailio/kamailio/pull/2470
backported into a stable branch.

Me myself & I have tested quickly this new feature using the master branch
and it's been working fine so far.

So yeah, please, if possible.
