[SR-Users] Kamailio <-> Metaswitch for cross-domain SIP calls

If the metaswitch is like a mediaserver/sbc/b2bua, you can try to look
at integration tutorials with Asterisk or FreeSwitch as source of
inspiration, there are many across the web. Some old ones (so they might
not work anymore out of the box) that I wrote can be found at:
