[SR-Users] Planning the release of v5.1.10

Hello,

soon I will start preparing the 5.1.10 release, therefore any commits to
branch 5.1 should be announced to sr-dev mailing list and wait for ack
before pushing them in order to avoid conflicts with packaging.

After the release announcement, commits can go in as usual, although you
should be aware that 5.1.10 is the last planned release in 5.1 series,
to mark the end of official maintenance. Then only 5.2 and 5.3 branches
will be used for new releases.
