[SR-Users] kamailio as ICSCF connection with FHoss

Hello Mariam,
It is worse way that you made choice. There is no needed to change any
things in source code.
Just dive to kamailio.cfg file and remove "+" prefix  from $rU (IMPU)
. It is very straightforward.
