[SR-Users] re- double record route

The routes from the 'INVITE' were changed by something.  The 'BYE' route does not have the routes from the 'INVITE', I don’t know how they got deleted.

Route sets need to be fastidiously and scrupulously conserved by both UAs on both sides in all in-dialog requests.
