[SR-Users] Notify: stateless error reply used: I'm terribly sorry, server error occurred

For some reason, Voicemail Notify messages coming from Asterisk Boxes - are not forwarded to the SIP Extensions by Kamailio.

This is the SIP Packet coming to the Kamailio:
