[SR-Users] Can not register on kamailio

I am new to kamailio and I want to setup Kamailio as dispatcher for two
Asterisk boxes but SIP registrations must be happening on the Kamailio
itself.

I have enabled mysql module and used auth module but when I try to register
it says unauthorized access.

In subscribers list I have added an entry for sip user 1 with domain as
kamailio IP.

Please help me to understand where can I improve so that I can implement
register on Kamailio.
