[SR-Users] GeoIP2 module deb package

Hi Daniel,

In debian libraries are:

p   libmaxminddb-dev
                                       - IP geolocation database library
(development headers)
p   libmaxminddb0
                                        - IP geolocation database library


Do you need anything else to build it? Will it apply for 5.0.4 or do we
have to wait until next release?
