I haven't played with the newest version, but these features existed in
the past... you can edit, delete, etc.

Personally, I don't use the GUI that much, but this being said, I do
find that it's a great way for someone to manage Kamailio needs without
having to be comfortable with the cli.

It is an open source project on github, so there's an opportunity for
anyone to add any features or customizations they feel would enhance the
software.

This being said, please make sure the features you're speaking of truly
aren't there-- they have been in previous versions.
