[SR-Users] Problem with dispatcher on Kamailio 4.2 and Debian 8

Try with debug=3 in kamailio.cfg, there should be more debug messages
that may help.

Did you install mysql client and mysql client library from the debian
packages? Any changes to mysql server settings?
