[SR-Users] How to change R-URI Username

Hello,

$rU (along with $ru, $rd ...) can be changed at any time and they are
taken in consideration always. You do not need to do msq_apply_changes()
at all when $rU is updated.

What do you expect to happen that you have the feeling that the change
of $rU doesn't get persistent?
