<p>Hello,</p>
<p>$rU (along with $ru, $rd ...) can be changed at any time and they
are taken in consideration always. You do not need to do
msq_apply_changes() at all when $rU is updated.</p>
<p>What do you expect to happen that you have the feeling that the
change of $rU doesn't get persistent?<br>
