[SR-Users] IPV6 kamailio 4.0.2

Hello,

I think there is some problem and kamailio is not actually running after
you start it so the fifo file is created.

Can you do 'ps auxw | grep kamailio' after you start kamailio with ipv6
and see if it is running?
