[SR-Users] Kamailio v4.3 and Freeswitch Stable Latest

Hello Jurjis,
I could not reach the Freeswitch DEMO IVR with IP phones which registered at Kamailio Server. I think Kamailio can not route the Freeswitch. Because phone says "Not Found" when I dialed the "455000".
And nothing to see except this at fs_cli:

freeswitch at internal> console loglevel 7
+OK log level 7 [7]
+OK console log level set to DEBUG

And I added #!define WITH_DEBUG line on Kamailio configuration file. So, where does it write logs?
