[SR-Users] Forward register to multiple Asterisk

Hello,
you can simply forward register requests to asterisk boxes if you don't
want Kamailio to replace the Contact address and maintain location
records. You would better use a version of asterisk with path support if
you have phones behind the nat and enable path in kamailio as well.
