[SR-Users] instant message timeout detection

Hello,

if you set a failure route before suspending, it should be executed at
the moment it times out. You need to use latest 4.2 (4.2.4 or git branch
4.2) -- iirc, before this feature was disabled as a side effect of an
older commit.
