[SR-Users] Softphone not connecting

Hi Owais,
I use ngrep or wireshark to trace errors ...

ngrep "[IP-Addr_of_Eyebeam_PC]" -qtW byline port 5060 -d any


or Wireshark Menu -> Telephony -> VoIP-Calls the Button Flow
