[SR-Users] milliseconds on $Ts

Hi guys,

Is there a code somewhere in the project i can reuse to implement
milliseconds on $Ts? for example introduce a "$Tms" or a "$TmS" to refer to
a pv that stores milliseconds instead of seconds?
