[SR-Users] kamailio server over internet

sir , i have set-up a kamailio server on a machine , every thing is in
default configuration. but the issue is only local clients are able to
register. i have forwarded the port 5060 correctly but the clients from
some other network over the internet are not able register every request
just got time out at the client side.

do i nee to enable some specific setting to make it happen.
