[SR-Users] Timezone in acc table

Hello,

upcoming release 4.1 has more options to control the time value in acc 
table. See time_mode parameter and the next after it:

http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/devel/modules/acc.html#acc.p.time_mode

Otherwise, you can set the timezone to gmt.
