[SR-Users] How to make BLF work

Yes, As OEJ mentioned there were no Dialogs created so had to put the
dlg_manage(); in the cfg and now in kamcmd the dlg.list command displays
call data.
How can I add presence stuff now.
Vitaliy, please explain further how can I add the PUA component.
