support for iptel.org free sip service is offered by different mailing 
list, see:
- http://lists.iptel.org/mailman/listinfo/services

If you can't solve your issue or just as an alternative, you can try 
using openrcs.com free SIP service (https://www.openrcs.com/) - there I 
can help more if something is not working (just write to the internal 
support forum).
