[SR-Users] Asterisk 11.4.0 + Kamailio 4.0.1 integration

Looks like sh/bash problem.
My first line is:
#! /bin/sh
And may be you miss sh.
In my case, sh is soft link to dash. Please check your first line in init
file, and see if it exists.
If you have bash, you can create soft link to it.
