[SR-Users] Does Kamailio check for CSeq, Call-ID when unregister ?

Flor clarification, matching of location records is depending on
configuration parameter:
- http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/stable/modules/usrloc.html#matching-mode
Besides that, if there is gruu/outbound enabled and the ua supports it,
instance parameter (+reg_id) is used in matching.
