[SR-Users] renaming to kamailio in perl and snmpstats modules

I can do it, but I am not using those modules. Which mean I am not
sure how good will be my tests.
I suppose, I should use latest sources
http://www.kamailio.org/pub/kamailio/latest/src/kamailio-3.3.3_src.tar.gz
or something else?
I can do this in couple of days.
