[SR-Users] Issue Starting up Kamalio.

Hello,

for kamailio 3.3.x, use the tutorial from:
http://kb.asipto.com/asterisk:realtime:kamailio-3.3.x-asterisk-10.7.0-astdb

The config file for kamailio should work for any version of asterisk.
