Well, that depends on how you're handling billing and account 
management.  :-)  Kamailio provides some built-in modules for handling 
some aspects of this, though non-trivial service delivery systems 
usually end up having a lot of custom-integrated stuff.

Without knowing more about how your setup is supposed to work, I can't say.
