[SR-Users] Logmessage when Dispatcher-Module sets a dispatcher to probing

Hello,

This feature and it is only in 3.2.x right now.

I don't know what (if any) the Kamailio community on back-porting
features is.  But this is actually quite a small change in terms of
lines of code if you wanted to put it into your own build.
