Yes. Either use xhttp module (simple GET http request) or use a
perl/python/lua script and do the http lookup in the script (for more
complex http requests)

there are no "routing tables", but you can implement any logic you need.
E.g. the http response may contain a new Request URI which replaces the
original one.
