googling, I found that host_ctl symbol comes with libwrap, thus I guess
the module has to be linked against it on centos. In the faq of exim:
http://wiki.exim.org/FAQ/Building_and_Installing/Q0103
To try it, you will have to recompile the module (installing from
sources or building the rpms), edit first modules_k/snmpstats/Makefile
and add -lwrap to LIBS variable.
