[SR-Users] Help regarding SIREMIS

HI

I am newbie, I have a centos pc with httpd, php and mysql installed in it

i followed the procedure at http://siremis.asipto.com/install/
when i m trying to browse my siremis web it is unable to submit my
request...

may be i am missing something configuring Apache
please guide me how can i get out of it ?
i have httpd 2 installed in my box
