I have some suggestions

     # excessively long display name
         if (!pcre_match("$fn","^.{0,62}$$")) {
                 sl_send_reply("403", "Forbidden - Display Name Max Size 
Exceeded");
                 exit;
         };


this will be much better handled by a transformation

if ( $(fn{s.len}) > 62 ) {...}

Make this change and see if you still have problems with OOM Killer
