Hi Gnaneshwar,

it could be several issues, normally asterisk should respect the incoming 
interface and route appropriately. Maybe your IP routing on the asterisk box 
is not correctly configured? Or as a workaround, maybe you could just route 
the traffic from the kamailio also to the asterisk over the public interface?
