since i am mediaproxy user, i'm not the right person to apply the
multipart hack to nathelper module.  i checked mediaproxy code and
indeed i wrote a hack for it that finds application/sdp bodypart from
multipart/mixed body.

indeed looping back may not work here.  i wrote the hack for some
devices that don't know what to do if they receive multipart body.
