[Kamailio-Users] /etc/init.d/kamailio start can't start

Sorry, for ubunto this is different.

As Iñaki said, open the script /etc/init.d/kamailio and look for
RUN_KAMAILIO and change its value to:

RUN_KAMAILIO=yes

(it is set to "no" by default)

Let me know if it works.
