[OpenSER-Users] Can't start usrloc using mysql connection (mysql:db_mysql_new_connection: driver error: Can't connect to MySQL server on ...)

Hi Pascal,

try to connect with the mysql client (mysql) from the openser machine to 
the mysql server machine and see if it works.

Maybe your mysql server is not configured to listen on 192.168.1.4, but 
only on 127.0.0.1 (for local connections).
