[Serusers] SER and rtpproxy stability

If you believe that proxying of fax calls through rtpproxy is the cause, 
maybe you could identity the upgrade of rtpproxy you did that caused the 
problem? That would help to identify the change in rtpproxy that could 
have caused it.
