If you use SER 2.0 you can try
$attr=@from.params["isup-oli"]
for all versions something like
xlset_attr("$attr","%fu");
attr_subst("$attr","/^.*isup-oli=([^;]*);.*/\1/");
#just an idea not tested at all ;-)
