[Serusers] Status of Ottendorf and Presence

Hi Steve,
I'm sorry but I had not time for presence in last time, so in Ottendorf
is only a bit better than last presence snapshot (some bugs corrected).

is link to most up-to-date version of presence handbook, but it is still 
not fully updated.
