[Serusers] Call forwarding

As far as I remember, this is just a repost of your previous post. 
Please, if nobody answers, there is a reason.  Your question is far too 
general and as you state that Asterisk is doing the billing and your 
question is a billing question, I suggest you try to Asterisk list.
