[Serusers] make all error: avp_radius module compilation error - parse_uri.h:50

Hi,

sorry my fault. The function uri_type_to_str was used more than once, so
I moved it to the parse_uri (which you already include too) and did not
check all modules.

As temporary solution just remove the definition of uri_type_to_str from
avp_radius.c(:244-260). I'll update CVS.
