[Serusers] SIP Accounting Module problem

Ben,
the cat error just tells you that ser didn't start. Find the command in 
your ser service script that actually starts ser and start it manually. 
You may also add -E -D -D -D -D -D
to get lots of debug info to stderr (or just look in your /var/log/messages)
