[Serusers] SER as Presence Server

Hi,
I recommend to use Ottendorf branch, but no version of presence-related
modules was estimated as stable (by me ;-)), they are at most quite
stable...

You can start here: http://www.iptel.org/presence; but 'SER presence
handbook' which should be used as start point with ser and presence
referenced from page above is still not fully up-to-date (work in
progress).
